Rates

• We provide a free no obligation phone consultation prior to starting any project.

• We use a simple agreement to outline the services we will provide. You pay only for the hours worked for a single project or for our agreed upon rates for on-going services.  Everything is included in the on-going services.  No extras are tacked on anywhere except for postage or other such supplies/materials that you have expressly requested and agreed upon in the consultation.

• Our rates vary depending upon the type of work you require; therefore, we will quote rates based upon the details of the work you require. Written quotes or estimates will be provided upon request.

• A detailed invoice will be provided at the completion of the project or as outlined in the agreement.
•  
• For services billed at an hourly rate, the minimum amount will be for one half-hour.    Most of our clients are monthly or annually billed per size of work load.  This will be discussed in the initial consultation and then again at the end of one month (after the books have been set up and the work load has actually been determined)
•  
• Additional expenses, such as postage, supplies, materials, etc. will generally be billed at cost, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Generally phone services are $150 per month (answering the phone, logging messages, and forwarding messages.  (You can have your phone forwarded to mine when you want me to "answer your phones" - similar to what DR's. use, an answering service).

Bookkeeping/accounting services are billed according to the size of the company and the work load required.  Billing by the hour can be arranged but I prefer monthly and will usually run around $150-$200 per month.   Complete bookkeeping is done;  right from the orders (Accounts Receivables) through the payments (Accounts Payables) incl. reports at month end and also at year end for your accountant to do your state & federal taxes.  I will do your payroll tax reports for you if you need them done.

For a $100,000 - $600,000 per year income company, it would be about $300-$400 per month to not have to worry about phones or bookkeeping anymore.  I can take a big load off your shoulders.

Smaller companies please call as I will make special arrangements of costs to you.  I realize that a smaller company, under $100,000 per year, need books and phones done also, so if there is a need, I will provide it.

  We create and maintain website services as follows:  1-15 pages $20/month; 16-50 pages $25/month, 51-500 pages $45/month and over 500 pages $75/month.  

Terms

• A signed agreement must be received within 3 business days after the commencement of any project.
•  
• Invoicing will be done on a monthly basis and payment is due within 10 business days following invoicing, unless other arrangements are specified in the agreement.
•  
• Payment options include Pay Pal, business checks, personal checks or money orders. (See Pay Pal for information concerning the use of credit card and/or bank account for payment.)
•  
• Final proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found and reported within 14 business days from the date the client receives the work, Professional Business Services will make the corrections at no charge.

CURRENTLY OUR MAIN OFFERINGS ARE IN THE AREAS OF: 1) PHONE SERVICES, 2) BOOKKEEPING SERVICES,  3) WEBSITES. 

We only speak English, sorry!  If we receive enough requests for Spanish, etc. we will then make adjustments.
