A couple of points: The Verizon customers across America can be "IN" - I am "IN" so if you are also that makes communicating cost effective. Telephone calls can get very expensive. You can call me if you are "IN". Talk to your Verizon sales persons, you may need to renew your contract/lease to get "IN" - it's free and easy to do. Also, We can actually "talk" on our mikes via our computers using Yahoo Messenger or MSN messenger no matter where you might be located. I know the Yahoo is free and is easier to set up (I think!) - just activate the "voice" part.
